Winnipeg Police were called to the 600 block of Toronto Street early Saturday morning, November 24, 2018, for a report of shots fired.
Police were able to locate a residence connected to the weapon discharges and placed two males and a female in custody.
No injuries connected to the incident were received.
Wesley Allan Beaulieu, 36 from Winnipeg, has been charged for his alleged involvement with:
– Store Firearm Contrary to Regulations
– Possession of a Weapon
– Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
– Possession of a Loaded Prohibited Firearm
– Possession of Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order (x2)
– Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance by Judge/Justice (x2)
Jaeda Rain Vanderwol, a 20-year-old female from Winnipeg, has been charged for her alleged involvement with:
– Store Firearm Contrary to Regulations
– Possession of a Weapon
– Possession of a Loaded Prohibited Firearm
– Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
Reginald Donald Desjarlais, 28 from Winnipeg, has been charged with Identity Fraud- Intent to Avoid Arrest, Prosecution or Obstruct Justice for his alleged attempt to identify himself as another person during the investigation. Desjarlais was also processed on an outstanding warrant for Fail to Appear.
All three suspects were detained in custody.
