Police are looking for three male purse snatchers after they approached a woman in the 500 block of Sargent Avenue on Sunday morning, October 22, 2017. The men grabbed the victims purse as well as a second purse from a nearby vehicle.
Police say the victim chased the robbers but one of the men pulled out a knife and punched the victim in the face. Two people came to the victim’s aid and they were able to recover the two purses.
The victim received minor injuries during the assault.
Police say two of the suspects are described as Caucasian, about 40 years old, 5’9″ to 6’0″ tall with heavy builds.
