Police investigating stabbing

Just after midnight on Saturday March 18, 2017 Police and medical crews responded to reports of a stabbing incident at a nightclub in the 2100 block of McPhillips Street.

According to police multiple fights broke out at the club which resulted in two men aged 19 and 20 being stabbed. Both victims were taken to hospital in stable condition.

The cause of the fights have not been established by police so far. Investigators are still in the early stages of their probe and it is expected that more information will be released in the coming days.
