One dead after Garven Road Rollover

One man is dead after he lost control of the SUV he was driving earlier this afternoon.

It happened on Garven Road two kilometres west of Highway 12 just after 3:00 pm. Police say the 52-year-old driver was not wearing his seatbelt when his vehicle veered off the road and collided with the ditch causing the vehicle to roll. The driver was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say that it is believed that alcohol played a factor in the single vehicle collision.
