RCMP have arrested an 18-year-old Winnipeg male for a number of offences related to communication with children for a sexual purpose and sexual assault.
According to police the offences occurred between April and July 2021. Investigators believe that there may be more victims and ask anyone with information to contact their local police.
Police have released the Snapchat avatar used by the accused in an effort to further the investigation. The accused used the name “notelectric” on the social media platform.
Bradley Schroeder of Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with two counts of Luring a Child, two counts of Sexual Assault, two counts of Sexual Interference, and Possession of Child Pornography.
Schroeder was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on February 3, 2022.
