Falcon Beach RCMP is investigating after a 55-year-old Winnipeg man died when he lost control of his motorcycle.
Officers responded at 3:00 pm to the area around Highway 44, north of Highway 312 near Caddy Lake in the Whiteshell Provincial Park.
Investigators say that a group of motorcycles were travelling westbound on Highway 44 when the victim lost control and went into the ditch.
The male was transported to hospital but died en route.
RCMP are continuing to investigate but say alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in the collision.
