Search for Missing Winnipeg Man Cody Harper Continues

The Winnipeg Police Service’s Missing Person Unit has been tirelessly searching for 28-year-old Cody Harper, who was last seen in the Elmwood area on October 13, 2021. Harper was reported missing on November 1, 2021, and since then, both investigators and his family have been seeking answers regarding his whereabouts.

In a significant development, on July 24, 2024, the Missing Person Unit, with the assistance of the Forensic Services Unit (IDENT) and the RCMP, executed a search warrant on a property in the 200 block of Selkirk Avenue. The search warrant was granted in connection with evidence linked to Harper’s disappearance.

Authorities have assured the public that there is no believed threat to public safety at this time.
