On March 18, 2023, at approximately 5:00 pm, Thompson RCMP received a report of a missing 16-year-old male from Thompson. Police began an investigation immediately. Wilfred Spence, who goes by Willy, was active on social media, which gave police leads to follow up on to try to physically locate him.

Willy still has not been located and now investigators are making a plea to the public. Willy is described as 4’9” tall, 143 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He may be trying to actively evade police, but to confirm his well-being, police need to locate him.
