Manitoba has reported 343 new cases of COVID-19 today along with two additional deaths reported. The total number of deaths due to the virus is 1,649.
Hospitalizations are currently 583 people being treated for COVID-19 including 33 receiving treatment in ICU.
The provincial test positivity rate is at 18.5 per cent.
There are currently 11,364 active cases in Manitoba
1,445 lab tests were taken yesterday. That brings the total number of COVID-19 tests completed in the province since February 2020 to 1,409,238.
Outbreaks declared at:
- Health Sciences Centre, GH4, Winnipeg;
- Deer Lodge Centre, Lodge 2 East, Winnipeg
- Cedarwood Supportive Housing, Steinbach;
- Northern Spirit Manor, Thompson;
- Flin Flon personal care home, Flin Flon; and
- Swan River Valley personal care home, Swan River.
