LOCATED – – – RCMP reported on Thursday December 3 that Victoria has been safely located.
On December 2, 2020, at 8:30 am, Roblin RCMP received a report of a missing 16-year-old female, from the RM of Roblin, who was last seen yesterday evening around 10:00 pm at her residence.
Jacy Victoria Leblanc (who goes by Victoria) was last seen by her sister last night around 10:00 pm and has not been heard from since. She is believed to be wearing a “DC” branded grey/black coloured winter coat.
Leblanc is described as approximately 5’5”, 200 pounds, with blonde hair and blue-green eyes.
