Four charged after “Zip Gun” and Meth found in rental vehicle

Winnipeg Police have arrested four people, two men and two women, after finding a “zip gun” and 30 grams of methamphetamine.

On Wednesday night, September 5, 2018, just after 11:30 pm officers on patrol in the Blake Gardens area when they noticed a rental vehicle with a broken window. Officers pulled the vehicle over and arrested the occupants.

In addition to the improvised weapon and drugs police also seized approximately $490 in cash.

 

 

Orrin Lawrence Spence, 28 from Winnipeg was charged with a number weapons, drug and property crimes for his alleged involvement. He was also wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for the suspension of his parole.

Dana Morley McIvor, a 32, Shelby Agnes Skye Dick, 22 and Abby Gail Angelique Richard, 27 from Winnipeg were all charge for their alleged involvement with Weapons, drug and property crimes.

All four suspects were detained in custody
