Homicide detectives have arrested and charged a youth in connection to the murder of Lise Danais.
Danais became the 11th homicide victim of 2019 after she was killed in her home on Rockcliffe Road on March 26, 2019.
Police had received a 911 call around 10:45 am and when officers arrived they found Danais suffering from severe injuries. She was taken to hospital in critical condition but later died.
Police say the youth was arrested on July 30, 2019, and charged with first degree murder.
