Winnipeg Police have arrested and charged two male youth, age 13 and 14, for the death of 40-year-old Neilson Catcheway.
Catcheway was found lying on Main Street after he had been assaulted around midnight on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
The youth are both facing charges for Manslaughter.
Police are still looking for a driver who struck Catcheway on the roadway after he had been assaulted.
