Police were called to the 400 block of Furby Street just after 1:00 in afternoon of February 2, 2022, looking into a report of suspicious circumstances. There, the officers found the body of a deceased woman.
The woman has now been identified as 26-year-old Heather Marie Cheyane Beardy.
The homicide unit is handling the case and are asking anyone with any information about what happened to Beardy to call them at 204-986-6508 or to call Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477.
