RCMP took to social media this week to remind drivers to slow down after several young drivers were caught driving well over the speed limit.

The driver had an intermediate licence which requires that there is zero alcohol in their blood. When tested the driver blew 32 mg% – a fail.
When asked why she was going so fast the driver said “just slowing down to pass a semi.”
Officers issued her a fine of $1079
