An angry driver is facing charges after she allegedly drove an SUV through the front door of a business in Wawanesa, Manitoba, on Friday, June 2, 2023.

RCMP say that prior to the collision the 42-year-old female had made threats against the business prior to the collision. The woman apparently drove into the building, backed up then drove into the building a second time. The building was occupied at the time of the crash but none of them were physically injured.

Emergency crews arrived on the scene and found a large crowd had gathered. The suspect driver exited her vehicle and was taken to the hospital by paramedics and treated for minor physical injuries.

RCMP say that the investigation is continuing and charges against the driver are pending.
