RCMP charged a 51-year-old Blumenort man with Sexual Assault after he allegedly touched a client in an unwanted sexual way.

Police say that on October 14, 2022, a female reported she had been the victim of a sexual assault during a massage session with the accused. She believed at the time of the massage that the man was a registered massage therapist but further investigation indicated he was not and was providing services out of the basement of a home in Blumenort.

Bernhard Unger was arrested, charged and remanded in custody.

Investigators believe that there could be additional victims and ask anyone with information to contact RCMP at (204) 326-4452.
