Police are investigating a fatal collision between a pedestrian and vehicle on Sunday night, August 21, 2022.
Investigators say that a woman in her 30s was hit by the vehicle on Porgatge Avenue near Vaughan Street around 10:15 pm after she stepped onto the roadway. She was taken to hospital in critical condition but soon died from her injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and spoke to police.
