RCMP have arrested and charged a 28-year-old woman from St. Teresa Point, about 465 kilometres north of Winnipeg, for the death of a 28-year-old male.
On November 28, 2018, the victim was taken to the nursing station at St. Teresa Point with critical injuries he received from an assault with a weapon. He was airlifted to Winnipeg but died two days later.
Cheryl Lynne Mason was charged with Manslaughter for her alleged involvement in the homicide. She was detained in custody.
RCMP continue to investigate.
