RCMP have charged a 34-year-old woman in connection to the death of a 69-year-old Steinbach man.
Officers were called to a home on Whitby Crescent in Steinbach around 3:00 pm on Friday, July 29, 2022, for the report of a dead male. Upon finding the victim they determined his death was a homicide.
Savannah Dueck was in the home when officers arrived and was taken into custody. She has been charged for her alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder.
She remains in custody.
Investigators say that the victim and the accused were known to each other.
