Winnipeg Police have arrested a 34-year-old female in connection to a fire in the rear of a building in the 300 block of Selkirk Avenue.
The fire was set around 8:30 am
Police say the suspect was arrested at the scene.
Anna Meliouchkina has been charged for her alleged involvement with Arson Disregard for Human Life, Possession of Incendiary Material and Fail to Comply with Conditions of Release Order x2
