Winnipeg Police Service have three people in custody after they were spotted on the roof of the A+ Restaurant Supply building at the corner go Hargrave Street and McDermot Avenue early Sunday morning, August 2, 2020.
One of the suspects was standing at the edge of the roof with his hands up as officers shone flashlights on him telling him to not climb down.

A Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service ladder truck was brought in but not used as the three people on the roof began to climb down a fire escape ladder attached to the side of the building.
Officers placed each person into custody as they reached the ground and led them away.
It is not known what the three were doing on the roof but as the first suspect reached the bottom of the ladder he could be heard saying “I’m sorry, We’re sorry.” to officers below.
