As News4 previously told you Winnipeg police responded to reports of a stabbing on December 20, 2016 in the 400 block of Kennedy Street just after 11:00 pm.
When police arrived on scene they found 25 year old Clarence Ignace had been stabbed. Ignace was taken to hospital where he died of the injuries he sustained.
The investigators identified a suspect and a warrant for Second Degree Murder was issued for the arrest of Tyron Custer Harper, 23, for his alleged involvement.
On January 20, 2017, Harper was arrested by the Street Crimes Unit near the 500 block of St. Mary’s Road.
Harper was remanded in custody.
