While other cities like Ottawa, Toronto and even Calgary changed their celebration plans due to the “harsh” cold conditions, in Winnipeg, we just put on another layer or two and head down to The Forks

Winnipeg’s NYE celebration is going full steam ahead and will feature live music, sleigh rides, a dance party, kids activities, a pyrotechnics show at 8:00 pm and a Fire Works display at midnight to ring in 2018.
