RCMP are investigating a collision on the Perimeter Highway that claimed the life of a 20-year-old man on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
Police say that around 10;45 pm a southbound vehicle being driven by the 20-year-old collided with a northbound semi-trailer as it was making a turn onto Highway 3.
The male was not wearing his seatbelt and was seriously injured in the collision. He was taken to hospital where he died. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
