A 32-year-old Winnipeg man is dead after he failed to negotiate a curve on Highway 207 at Suthwyn Road ending up in the west ditch at approximately 5:50 am on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
Police say speed could have been a factor in the collision. When the vehicle left the road it collided with the embankment of the intersecting road. The driver apps to have not been wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision and was ejected from the vehicle.
An RCMP Forensic Reconstructionist along with member from the Oakbank detachment continue to investigate.
