52-year-old Kelsey McKay has been charged with six additional charges on top of 24 sexual assault and exploitation-related offences he was charged with in April and September of this year.
Winnipeg Police say investigators were contacted on September 28, 2022, by a former student at Vincent Massey Collegiate. The victim told police that he had been lured, harassed and sexually assaulted by McKay during the 2000s.

More sexual assault charges laid against high school football coach
McKay was a physical education teacher at Churchill High School and Vincent Massey Collegiate for about 20 years. During that time it is alleged he groomed and sexually abused a number of students who were in their teens at the time.
On October 13, 2022, police charged McKay for his alleged involvement with six additional offences including Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, Sexual Exploitation, two counts of luring and Harassing telephone calls.
