Grant Park Shopping Centre is has been going through lots of changes over the past few years and it’s breathing new life into the 45 year old shopping destination.
In June of 2016 Canadian Tire opened as an anchor tenant at the east end of the mall after Target Canada shut it’s doors. It will soon joined by Goodlife Fitness that is in the final stages of construction.
Renovations are also underway for the newest anchor on the west end of the mall near the Liquor Mart and Red River Coop. Winners will be moving into a 22,ooo square foot space this August.
“Winners is the perfect addition to the Grant Park family,” said Amanda Campbell, Property Manager at Grant Park. “We have been waiting to share this news for some time, and we’re very excited to make it official.”
Changes to the mall are also happening in the parking lot too. A stand alone building will be opening by the end of June and will house Fionn MacCool’s Restaurant and Pub. Fionn MacCool’s will join Pony Coral and Applebee’s that have been operating for many years.
