Winnipeg Police were called to an assault on William Avenue just before the noon hour on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
An adult female was transported to hospital in stable condition say police. Witnesses tell News 4 that the victim was attacked by a female suspect who appeared to be in her early 20s.
A police dog was seen searching the area for the suspect who was allegedly armed with a knife.
