Winnipeg Police say that they are investigating a homicide after the subject of a wellbeing check died.
On Monday, December 17, 2018 officers were asked to check on the wellbeing of a person in the 600 block of McGee Street. When police arrived they found an adult male who was unconscious.
Paramedics attended and the man was taken to hospital in critical condition. The man died soon afterwards.
Investigators say that they consider the death a homicide and are asking anyone with information that can help them to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
