In the early morning hours of Sunday October 16,2016 Winnipeg Police made a traffic stop in the area of Mountain and Seymour. A man and a woman were taken out of the SUV, a search of the vehicle located two loaded semi-automatic handguns.
Charged with 14 weapons related offences for their alleged involvement are Barry Allan COURCHENE, 34 and
Natasha Seita SANTOS, 32 both from Winnipeg.
