Winnipeg Police executed a search warrant Sunday evening, January 14, 2018, at a home in the 600 block of Bannerman Avenue.
Officers from the Tactical Support Team, Community Support and the Street Crime unit searched the residence and discovered a number of weapons and ammunition including a .22 calibre rifle and a sawed-off lever-action 30-30 rifle.

Christopher Leigh Chylinski, 38 from Winnipeg is facing more than two dozen weapons-related charges for his alleged involvement.
Police say that he was detained in custody
Officers also arrested a 32-year-old female. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
