Winnipeg Police have arrested and charged a 32-year-old man after he allegedly pointed a firearm at a male outside Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, October 11, 2017.
The incident began around 12:40 pm when police received a report of someone with what appeared to be a handgun. Officers at the hospital on another matter responded to the call and quickly found the suspect outside HSC.

According to a police report, the suspect confronted a male not known to him. The interaction escalated the suspect ended up pulling out and pointing what looked like a handgun at the other male. The suspect then tossed the weapon onto a low roof at the hospital.
Police found the weapon and it turned out to be a replica, modified firearm.
Gregory Charles Klyne from Winnipeg was charged with Possess Weapon for his alleged involvement.
He was remanded in custody.
