RCMP are investigating after a 45-year-old male died while riding a quad about five kilometres north of Wawanesa, Manitoba.
Police say that just after 9:00 pm on Thursday, August 28, 2020, officers were called to the scene and determined that the victim fell of the quad while making a turn and hit the ground. He was not wearing a helmet.
The male was taken to hospital but died from his injuries on Sunday, August 30, 2020.
RCMP and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are investigating.
