Portage Place has closed its food court until further notice after a water pipe break flooded parts of the mall including the parking garage.
It began just after the noon hour and thousands of gallons of water were seen flowing like a river down the entrance ramp to the parkade at Vaughn and Promenade.
Monthly parkers were asked to remove their vehicles immediately so that crews could begin pumping out the water.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The food court will be closed until further notice due to a water main break. #Winnipeg #DowntownWinnipeg
