RCMP are looking for 19-year-old Laurent Beaulieu in connection to the shooting of a 22-year-old male on Monday, May 20, 2019.
Police had been called to a home on 1st Street NW around 4:30 in the morning for the report of a shooting.
The victim was airlifted to Winnipeg but died later the same day.
Investigators say that Laurent is wanted for Second Degree Murder. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Police think he may still be in the Portage la prairie area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or your local police.
The investigation continues.
