37-year-old Matthew Adam Gibbs wanted on firearm and theft related charges was captured by police late Monday afternoon in the Polo Park area of Winnipeg.
Gibbs was wanted by police in connection to a number of break & enter and theft related incidents in the city. He also had on outstanding warrant from Edmonton for firearm offences.
On Sunday, March 28, police asked for the publics help in locating Gibbs but noted he was considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
