The Living Prairie Museum is once again looking for volunteers to help collect native prairie seeds.
Volunteers will learn about how the museum conserves the genetic diversity of prairie landscapes as well as how to sustainably harvest seeds. In exchange for their help volunteers will be allowed to keep some of the seeds they harvest.
If you are interested in helping with this project contact the Living Prairie Museum at 204-832-0167 to register.
