Virden RCMP investigate homicide of 31-year-old male

Just after 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 21, 2018 RCMP in Virden responded to a call about a male in medical distress.

When police arrived there were multiple people at the scene and officers noticed the victim’s injuries were consistent with being in a fight.

Tha male was taken to hospital but died soon afterwards of his injuries.

RCMP Major Crime Services and Virden RCMP are investigating the incident as a homicide.
