Victoria General Hospital has declared a COVID-19 outbreak after two patients tested positive for the virus.
Hospital officials say that the outbreak is linked to the 5N and 5S family medicine units and outbreak protocols have been implemented. New patient admissions to the units have been suspended and visitation has been restricted.
The hospital remains open and clinics and procedures are proceeding as usual.
