Winnipeg Police are investigating a collision between a vehicle and a person exiting their car near Main Street and Perth Avenue.
Police say the incident happened around 9:15 pm on Sunday, August 15, 2021. The female victim was transported to hospital and is in stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle has a number of charges pending, say police.
