Mark your calendar… Manitoba is hosting a walk-in ‘vax-a-thon’ at all super sites in the province on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
Premier Brian Pallister announced the one-day event at a media conference earlier today.
More than 20,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine will be available. 8,000 doses of Pfizer have been earmarked for youth ages 12 to 17 while the remaining Moderna doses will be available for adult walk-ins.
“I encourage all Manitobans that have yet to be vaccinated twice to use that opportunity on that day,” said Pallister.
The ‘vax-a-thon’ is part of a strategy to help reach the September milestone in province’s reopening plan.
