Firefighters responded to a blaze in a vacant bungalow in the 400 block of Burrows Avenue on Monday, August 8, 2022, around 6:45 pm.

Smoke was coming home the structure when crews arrived on the scene. An offensive attack was launched and the fire was declared under control at 6:59 pm

A search of the building found no one inside. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
