Winnipeg Police have arrested David Anthony Avis.
On Monday police were requesting help from the public in locating Avis. He was wanted on a number of warrants for serious violent incidents that had allegedly occurred between the end of October and December 24, 2016.
On December 27th 2016 David Avis was arrested details will be released later today
