A tragic end to a story News4 told you about on October 9, 2016
In the early morning hours of October 9th a car and a semi-truck collided at the junction of Highway 23 and Provincial Road 336.
A 14 year old girl died on the scene and a 48 year old woman was taken to hospital in critical condition. The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.
On Thursday November 24, 2016 the 48 year old woman succumbed to her injuries. She is the 101st person to die in a vehicle accident in 2016.
RCMP are continuing to investigate the cause of the fatal collision.
