Winnipeg Police have released a security camera image of the man who allegedly deposited an unknown substance on the clothing of a teen aged girl.
It happened on February 19, 2017 just before 2:00pm when the girl was walking in the St. Vital Mall with several of her teenaged friends. According to police the man appears to have sprayed the unknown substance on to the girl.

The girls mother has said that she believes the substance was semen
The suspect is described as a caucasian male between 40 and 50, 5’7″ tall, heavy build, wrinkled weathered-looking face. He was wearing a flat-style blue felt hat with a small brim and a blue plaid jacket.
