RCMP have arrested a 34-year-old female after she became unruly when she learned the flight she was on was landing in Winnipeg.
The plane came from Calgary and was on its way to Toronto with a scheduled stop in Winnipeg.
The passenger from North York, Ontario was asked to leave the plane by officers. Although she eventually complied she continued to be belligerent to police and the flight crew.
Police say her bad behaviour continued as she was being escorted off the plane and she was placed under arrest.
The uncooperative passenger is facing pending charges of Causing a Disturbance and Mischief.
She was detained in custody as RCMP continue to investigate.
