Firefighters responded to a blaze in a vacant bungalow in the 200 block of Union Avenue West Wednesday morning.
Smoke was coming from the structure when they arrived and an offensive attack was launched. The fire was declared under control within 20 minutes.
A search of the house found no one inside.
Fire investigators are looking into the cause of the fire. Officials say that the house had suffered damage from a fire last year as well.
