A collision on Sunday, May 20, 2018, has taken the life of a 2-year-old female child.
RCMP say that just before 8:00 pm the child was in her driveway when she was hit by a vehicle being driven by a 62-year-old male.
Paramedics took the girl to hospital in critical condition where she later died.
It happened in the RM of La Broquerie.
Police say alcohol and speed were not factors in the collision and the investigation is ongoing
