Winnipeg fire crews were busy Wednesday afternoon after a minivan burst into flames just after the noon hour.
It happened at Brooklyn Street and St. Mathews.
Dark smoke could be seen billowing from the vehicle moments fire erupted. It didn’t take long for the flames to leap to a pickup truck parked nearby.
Fire crews arrived quickly and got the fires under control.
Both vehicles are write-offs.
It has not been determined what caused the initial fire.
